Idea Realization Process

STAGE I: Project Development

Our veteran team guides you through our project development process to capture all of your products needs and costs. Whether you’re an established company with a detailed Bill of Materials or are commercializing your first product we capture everything from the smallest details like vial placements to critical component QC specifications. At the end of this stage you will have a fully detailed product specification file that provides our project management team everything they need to transfer your project to our precision manufacturing team.

STAGE II: Technology Transfer

With your product specification confirmed we transfer your project to our controller and project management team to prep it for manufacturing. We procure all required raw materials and provide a estimated ship date. In parallel, our team drafts all product specific work instructions, label specifications, and shipping requirements for your review and approval. Our transparency of process means you can rest assured that we will not deviate from your approved product specifications.

STAGE III: Precision Manufacturing

Ready for manufacture, jobs for your project are released to the manufacturing to be produced under the requirements of our purpose built ISO-13485:2016 certified quality system. Our single quality path for manufacturing ensures we meet all of your traceability and regulatory compliance requirements regardless of your market segment. Since proof is in the pudding, our manufacturing team will release QC product for your final testing and approval for release.

STAGE IV: Product Launch

Following your stamp of approval for release our quality team performs the final review of your batch record and puts your product into inventory ready for shipment. Our expert logistics team then serves as the first point of the supply chain drop shipping your product to a warehouse of your choice or directly to your end user in a configuration that best suits your product and business needs.
